Where my money is going- A question by Taxpayer

Being an Indian and living with more than 135 Crore, many feel that India is not a country to live with healthy norms. 

Looking into the facts, have we ever tried to see where the taxpayer's money is going? Take a look at this link for the GDP ranking of India in the world. (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Economy_of_India)

The country's poverty line shows that 70% of the population is below the threshold. (https://www.hindustantimes.com/india-news/what-has-driven-india-s-poverty-reduction/story-s83YduiFxOfFyQGIqdLW5L.html)

Hence it shows us that only 30% of the population pays taxes. When Govt. , provides subsidies on medical, grocery, and other areas, it pays from the different taxes paid by the country's people. If 30% of the population takes care of the leftover population, is payback even possible in terms of services after paying the tax? 

Govt funds Institute like AIIMS to provide every service at a nominal rate.

If you are looking for a solution, please provide jobs in the country so that more people can participate in the tax system, and then maybe one day we all can get a payback.
